Ingredients

Ingredient Qty
Penne pasta 200 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic and chili in oil.
  3. Add tomato puree; simmer 8 mins.
  4. Toss pasta; season and serve.

Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Ingredient Qty
Sourdough bread slices 2
Ripe avocado 1
Lemon ½
Salt & pepper to taste
Chili flakes (optional) ½ tsp

Steps

  1. Toast bread until crisp.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice.
  3. Spread on toast, season, top with chili flakes.

All-purpose flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder ¼ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Egg 1
Butter 50 g
Chocolate chips ¼ cup

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into muffin cups and bake 20-25 mins.
